General Information
All orders are carefully reviewed and processed by our skilled team. Production begins only after we receive your order and confirm your size. Once you receive and approve the size confirmation email, we will start manufacturing your jacket based on the details you’ve provided.
We do not keep any items in stock — every jacket is made to order. Standard manufacturing time usually takes 4 to 5 business days.
Note: If your jacket includes embroidery, custom design, or additional detailing, please allow extra time for production. This will be added to the standard manufacturing timeframe.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date it was placed.
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
The delivery date may vary depending on carrier practices, your location, method of delivery, and the nature of the ordered item(s). In some cases, products may also arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery estimates begin from the order date and are subject to acceptance and approval.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill all orders within 5 business days.
Shipping time usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
Products may be delivered in separate shipments depending on order details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
Best Jacket Maker is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or import procedures.
